Instructions

  1. 1In a bowl, combine flour and salt. Slowly pour in hot water while stirring until a shaggy dough forms.
  2. 2Knead the dough for 5–7 minutes until smooth. Cover and rest for 30 minutes.
  3. 3Divide dough into 4 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a thin circle.
