Instructions

  1. 1Bring 2 cups of water to a boil and cook the ramen noodles until tender.
  2. 2Transfer noodles to a bowl and reserve the noodle water.
  3. 3(Optional) In the same pot, quickly blanch the sliced beef and bok choy until cooked to your liking. Set aside.
  4. 4In a bowl, mix the egg yolk, Buldak red sauce, seasoning powder, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  5. 5Slowly add about 1 cup of hot reserved noodle water, stirring gently until creamy.
